Cancellation Policy
Services with deposits - Deposits are non-refundable (for any reason) and must be paid in order to book your appointment and remaining balance paid in full upon the appointment. If your appointment is cancelled for any reason within 24 hrs of your appointment or no call/no show, the deposit will NOT go towards your next appointment. Another deposit will be required to schedule your next appointment.
Services without deposits -
All cancellations must be within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. If same day cancellations or no call/ no shows are made the day of the appointment, there will be a 100% fee, due to me not having the allotted time to fill your appointment.
If fee is not paid, it will be added to your next service.
